What are your products made of?+
Every piece starts as a 3D print using high-quality materials like PLA, PETG, wood-fill, or marble-fill filament. But that's just the beginning — we then sand, prime, paint, and hand-finish each item in our workshop. The result is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece, not a raw print off a machine.
How long does delivery take?+
Every piece is made to order — nothing sits on a shelf. Once you place an order, we spend 3–5 days printing, sanding, priming, painting, and adding finishing touches. After that, shipping takes 4–7 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details via email once it's on the way.
Can I request a custom piece?+
Absolutely! Head over to our Custom Creation page, upload your 3D model (.STL, .OBJ, or .3MF), pick your material and color, and we'll send you a quote within 24 hours. If you don't have a 3D model, describe what you have in mind and we'll figure it out together.
What's your return and exchange policy?+
Since every piece is handcrafted to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or doesn't match what was described, reach out to us within 7 days at support@miniory3d.com and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Delhivery tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also check your order status anytime by emailing us at support@miniory3d.com with your order number.
What makes Miniory3D different from other shops?+
We're three siblings running this out of our home workshop. Every single piece is designed, printed, sanded, painted, and packaged by us — by hand. There's no factory, no mass production. When you buy from us, you're getting something that was genuinely made with care, not pulled off a shelf.
