We sculpt by hand after your order. Couple figurines take 10–14 days + 3–5 days shipping. Solo figurines take 7–10 days + 3–5 days shipping. If you have a specific date in mind, tell us on WhatsApp right after you order and we'll flag it.

Clear, well-lit, front-facing face shots — like a daytime selfie. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and group shots. A good smartphone photo is perfect; we do the cropping and cleanup.

Yes, absolutely. After your order, we'll WhatsApp you to lock in details like outfits, accessories, hairstyles, or specific poses. No extra charge for thoughtful customisation.

Figures are cast in high-detail resin and hand-painted. They sit on a solid PLA base that we can engrave with your names. Built for display — not a toy for young kids.

Yes. We ship through Delhivery and serviceability is auto-checked at checkout. Most metros receive it within 3–5 days of dispatch; tier-2 cities take a little longer.

Before shipping, we send a preview photo. You get one free revision round for small details (hair, outfit, colours). Bigger sculpt changes are possible at a small extra cost — we'll always quote before acting.

Since these are made-to-order with your photos, we can't accept returns (we can't resell them). If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it free.

Yes — add the recipient's address at checkout and let us know on WhatsApp. We include a handwritten card on request and skip price tags on the parcel.
